Cuban e-visas have been available in Germany since July 15. They replace the paper tourist card, which will no longer be valid for entries after December 31, 2024. The e-visa entitles you to a maximum stay of 90 days (extension for a further 90 days is possible).

The e-visa for Cuba entitles you to stay for up to 90 days. It has no expiration date, but is activated upon entry. This means you can apply for the visa months in advance. The only restriction is that the passport used for the online application must be valid for at least six months upon arrival in Cuba.
Visas are not issued at the border or at the airports in Cuba, so make sure you get one before you leave!
The D’Viajeros form is the entry and health form required for entry into Cuba. Together with your e-visa code, you will receive a link to the D’Viajeros form, which is linked to your visa. You can fill out the form at least 48 hours before your entry, as it contains current health data.
Attention: Only fill out the form that is linked to your e-visa. Once the form is filled out, it is linked to you and is not transferable.
